1. Spin around in a circle like a 4-yeah old child

Sound like fun? Better than jogging or doing crunches... you bet! What you do is spin clockwise with your arms out like airplane wings. Do this for 10-20 spins. Make sure to stop when you are slightly dizzy... not extremely dizzy.

This is great for weight loss and getting flat abs because it stimulates your Endocrine System to balance out your hormones. So if you suspect you have hormonal problems, spinning will fix that. Once your hormones are back to normal, you're weight should drop almost effortlessly.

2. Jump on a mini-trampoline

This has become probably my favorite exercise to do since I pretty much avoid going to the gym these days. A mini-trampoline is cheap, about $25. Just jump on it for a few minutes at a time whenver you get a chance. I do it during tv commercials while I watch tv. What could be easier? This allows me to exercise without having to devote a block of time for it. Very efficient and productive.

3. Eat eggs for breakfast

Eggs are just about the perfect breakfast choice. High in protein and low in carbs, they'll fill you up and help prevent cravings later in the day. A key to weight loss is starting your day off right so you don't have to play calorie catch-up the rest of the day. I normally eat 3-4 scrambled eggs with a half can of black beans.

4. Snack on red grapes

Grapes are an awesome snack since it's like you're eating water... because grapes have such a high water content. They fill you up and give you energy. What more can you ask for from a food?
